The National Mining Association (NMA) is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to manage the association’s programs and advocacy on public policies related to federal water quality standards and regulations. Responsibilities include:
Law degree and knowledge of the Federal Clean Water Act required. Three-years’ experience preferred. Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills are necessary. The position requires personal initiative, ability to negotiate across a wide-range of constituencies, timeliness, professional discretion and decisiveness.
