Description The Director, IAM Technology Leadership is responsible to lead the planning, design and operation of enterprise-level identity and access management (IAM) capabilities within Humanas Enterprise Information Protection organization. This role will be responsible to lead multiple process, project and product teams for the definition and deployment of IAM capabilities and processes for all of our corporate stakeholders. This role will also be responsible to facilitate full cloud-enablement of Humanas IAM capabilities. Responsibilities The Director, IAM Technology Leadership works closely with teams in other IAM and cyber security disciplines, as well as IT infrastructure, program management, and operations areas. Participates in product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are established and measured to meet specifications and quality requirements. Decisions are typically related to the implementation and operations of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading product and process engineering teams in delivering enterprise grade capabilities. They will have experience in driving outcomes by working as the business owner with product oriented design, agile software and DevOps delivery teams. The candidate should have excellent communications skills and be able to build strong relationships with senior leaders. Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts including Cloud Identity approaches is a must. Responsibilities include participating in IAM program strategy, governance and execution, solution design and integrations, awareness, outreach, business management, and reporting on IAM program effectiveness. This position requires a seasoned leader with strong business acumen and a detailed working knowledge of IAM technologies, practices, policies, and their application at enterprise scale. The successful candidate is a thought leader and consensus builder, comfortable interacting with the most senior levels of IT and cyber security program leadership, and with Humana's business leaders to help direct the IAM program as a business enabler. Responsibilities: + Manage and lead a matrixed team of high performing individuals across multiple business units and functions, including vendors. + Support the AVP of IAM as a liaison to business functions on matters of identity and access management. Partner on steering committees and governance groups directing the overall IAM strategy and roadmap for the organization. + Participate in the IAM leadership team, and support the Director of Provisioning Operations in the delivery of IAM services. + Interface with senior business leaders within Humana to foster the execution of IAM as a business enabler for the business. Consults with senior leaders on aligning IAM to innovation initiatives. + Manage product and project budgets and scope, identify risks, and conduct contingency planning. + Partner on enterprise-wide initiatives such as IT Service Management integrations to transform operational processes. + Facilitate the delivery of foundational IAM capabilities including RBAC and ABAC authorization, modern authentication including MFA, privileged access management, artificial intelligence and user behavior analytics. + Ensure appropriate IAM capabilities are deployed to support consumer, B2B and enterprise IAM for both premises- and cloud-based environments. + Ability to understand, affect, and clearly communicate product vision, user stories, plans and project status to management and key technical and business stakeholders. + Work closely with software development, architecture and engineering teams on delivering high-quality solutions, and provide guidance regarding architecture, design, and priorities. + Represent company in community and industry, programs and conferences. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience + 5+ years of management experience + 8+ years of technical cyber security experience + Experience implementing and supporting IAM tools and processes + Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. + Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders + Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences + Knowledge and experience of software development lifecycle Preferred Qualifications + Masters Degree in Information Security, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field + Experience as a leader of leaders supporting multiple high-performing teams + Experience with resource management and managing direct reports (matrixed or direct reports) + Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM + Prior experience in the Identity & Access management (IAM) industry + Experience with complex technical environments + Experience in Process Automation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence + Experience or knowledge of Product-oriented Design, Agile and DevOps methodologies + Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams + Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 About Us Mission: At Humana, our cultural foundation is aligned to helping members achieve their best health by delivering personalized, simplified, whole-person healthcare experiences.
