Job Details

U.S. Bank is seeking an Operational Technology Analyst within Community Banking and Branch Delivery Operations. They will consult with business partners to design innovative solutions and optimal processes. This individual will be part of team that works together to develop and maintain web-based workflow and business process management applications in a fast-moving agile environment.

This role supports the centralized functions of CBBD Operations along with broader support of key operational priorities throughout CBBD.


+ Support the objective of CBBD Operations by developing and supporting web-based technology solutions.

+ Analyze proposed and existing processes to recommend solutions and improvements.

+ Collaborate with business partners to craft processes that deliver optimal results with minimal user effort.

+ Assist leadership in identifying a low-code/no-code platform and migrating existing applications.

+ Create and maintain relevant documentation, including user stories, process maps and system maps.

+ Maintain development and production environments.

+ Apply proficient knowledge to perform moderate to complex troubleshooting and resolution; maintaining system integrity and compliance with U.S. Bank policy.

+ Manage competing priorities, navigate obstacles, and deliver within project deadlines and objectives.


Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- Eight or more years of experience in computer technology applications and analysis

- Five or more years of experience in project management and leadership

**Ideal Candidate:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience

+ At least 2 years experience with project implementation and/or support

+ At least 2 years experience with browser-based application or website development

+ Experience writing expressions in a modern computing language

+ Diplomatic, collaborative and entrepreneurial.

+ Experienced in the day-to-day operations of a retail branch.

+ Excited to push the envelope to deliver operational efficiencies.

+ Able to determine a goal and create paths to reach them.

+ Analytical and solution-oriented.

+ A tech-savvy, creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
