KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.


Responsibilities:


+ Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards

+ Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations

+ Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development

+ Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) methodologies and intellectual capital including publishing articles, whitepapers, or performing research in support of ETS initiatives

+ Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff-level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management


Qualifications:


+ A minimum of three years of experience in technology development, engineering, project management, business process, process delivery and/or information systems

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline with specialization from an accredited college or university

+ Exposure to process automation modeling and intelligent automation platforms such as BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, WorkFusion, Appian, Pega

+ Certification in one or more of the intelligent automation platforms is a plus and a thorough understanding of relational databases, SQL, and web services

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels, ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills

+ U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government Secret security clearance
