KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Tax Ignition practice.


Responsibilities:


+ Work with tax business teams to identify anomalies, trends and derive insights in large volumes of data to support tax planning, benchmarking and other initiatives

+ Perform explanatory data analyses, generate and test working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data and identify patterns and communicate findings via visualization tools

+ Work effectively with various technology groups, clients and tax domain experts


Qualifications:


+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or foreign equivalent (Master's degree preferred) in engineering, computer science, information systems, management information systems or related fields

+ A minimum of three years of experience with data visualization using tools such as Powerview, Qlikview, Tableau or D3

+ Digital and/or interactive graphics, data visualization, data mining and data analysis

+ SQL data/Excel manipulation and querying skills

+ Statistical methodology and data management concepts

+ Dashboard creation and design highlighting key performance indicators
