Sr. Associate, Conversational AI Products
We are looking for a Sr. Associate Product Manager, Conversational AI Products, who will lead the creation of consumer-facing experiences for Eno, Capital Ones Intelligent Assistant. You will have the opportunity to work with a stellar team of designers, engineers, and product managers to create new machine learning-driven experiences across channels, including SMS, our award-winning app and servicing platform, and email. This person will have the opportunity to work with other teams across the company to help build contextual, personalized experiences that leverage our intelligent assistants machine learning capabilities.

In this role you will:
Translate customer needs into new experiences that leverages Enos ability to deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time in reactive, conversational interfaces and proactive messaging.
Partner with our AI Design and Tech teams to prioritize, groom, and create new experiences for Eno.
Develop a 3-6 month roadmap based on teams objectives
Collaborate with internal partners. You will be exceptional at developing and nurturing relationships with key internal stakeholders in support of Capital Ones lines of business.

Take market analysis, user feedback, analytics and best practices into consideration when prioritizing new features.
Take a data-driven, test and learn approach to all new experiences, understanding how we can drive customer and business value with Eno

Successful candidates will have the following:
Familiarity with Agile best practices, including epic and story-level grooming
Familiarity with A/B, multi-variate testing
Proven track record of delivering and improving consumer-facing experiences
Ability to work in a highly collaborative and matrixed organization
Proven creative vision and ability to connect with consumers
High level of intellectual curiosity and are comfortable with ambiguity
Well organized, able to multi-task, able to prioritize with minimal direction
Ability to put team before self and are energetically collaborative
Compelling and effective at communicating with and presenting to executive management

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
-1+ year experience leveraging machine learning in building consumer-facing experiences
-1+ year experience building for intelligent assistants (Siri, Alexa, Google Home or chatbots)
