KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Government Subcontract Administrator to join our Government Quality and Contract Compliance (GQCC) organization.


+ Draft, review, negotiate, and administer non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracting agreements, independent contractor agreements, and consulting agreements in accordance with company and FAR/DFAR procurement policies and procedures

+ Perform price and cost analysis on subcontracts/proposals to assist in subcontract negotiations

+ Coordinate completion and close out of all subcontracts insuring full compliance

+ Participate in bid and proposal activities to include but not limited to data calls, and cost proposals and pricing activities, including price negotiation, in conjunction with multiple departments

+ Accountable for monitoring subcontractors performance, including assisting engagement teams with management of deliverables and payment of invoices


+ Minimum of five years experience working with Federal Subcontracts; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

+ Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

+ Experience with Deltek Costpoint system and tools

+ Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements; experience with CPSR requirements for subcontract file documentation; Familiarity with IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, FFP, T&M, LOE, subcontract types, task orders and delivery orders, and multiple award processes; experience with GSA schedules, GWACs and commercial item acquisition

+ Experience working in a high-volume subcontract administration environment

+ Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills

+ US Citizenship required
