Position Overview:

This role will work with the CHRO to help drive the compensation philosophy and day to day administration of the compensation plans.  It is expected the incumbent is a subject matter expert in compensation, executive compensation with experience in HR Metrics and Analytics. S/he will help lead the ongoing strategy, design, and administration of global compensation programs. Manage all compensation programs both domestically and internationally. Act as an internal consultant and strategic business advisor to the Global HR Team and other internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Legal, Sales, Client Services, Technology, etc), make recommendations, and influence Consilio’s direction towards reward programs to meet current and future business needs. Ensure compensation programs support the organization's strategic objectives and identify solutions and opportunities that leverage current industry trends.  Present, influence, and advise executives on compensation matters and interface and be credible with the executive level. Create and drive a cost-effective employee value proposition (EVP). The successful candidate should be results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of compensation experience, including a background in rewards strategies, such as base pay architecture, incentive plan design and administration, labor laws, and differentiated reward programs
  • Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, leading and auditing work.
  • Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
  • Ability to work independently, take on responsibility and be quick of foot in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  • Superior consultation skills and the ability to seek out information and provide quality advice.
  • Experience with implementing HR / Compensation technologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal presentations that demonstrate business acumen.
  • Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
  • Experience with M&A, including leading the compensation aspect of mergers and acquisitions
  • Knowledge of the external market landscape, including planning design strategies
  • Highly proficient in Excel, data analysis, generating reports, ad-hoc requests
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • International compensation experience is a plus
