Trainer, Junior

Key Role:

Conduct training needs analyses and design, develop, and deliver instructionally sound e–learning, Web–based, virtual, self–guided, and instructor–led courses. Design and develop performance support solutions, including online help, job aids, and lesson plans. Work closely with clients, subject matter experts, and team members, including project managers, programmers, graphics artists, and editors to develop training strategies and learning solutions. Develop practical application student training scenarios and evaluations. Provide all levels of support for related working groups, governance, and outreach efforts on behalf of the clients. Provide advice and expertise for education, recruiting, training, and retaining Cyber workforce personnel. Participate in marketing activities, including white papers, proposals, and capability briefings.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in instructional systems design (ISD) with experience in a structured curriculum development, training program development, learning product development, or formal classroom instruction for professional adults and self–paced, virtual classroom instruction, or e–learning for professional adults

-1+ years of experience with ISD related to Cybersecurity

-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team–based government or professional services environment

-Ability to produce complex documents in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with the DoD preferred

-Knowledge of defensive and offensive Cyber operations effects preferred

-Ability to be a self–starter and thrive in a fast–paced environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent research and analytical skills preferred

-MA or MS degree preferred

-ISD Certifications preferred

-Commercial Cyber Certifications preferred
