Job Details

The Technical Implementation group structure is comprised of four teams, each responsible for a set of products, delivered as a solution set to provide maximum implementation benefits to our customers. This role has the direct management responsibilities for one of the teams, namely Healthcare Implementation and Servicing.

The Healthcare Servicing team provides direct customer support for the Payment Consolidator and Payment Master products in addition to tangential support to the Payment Navigator product. The team also provides extended implementation services for small volume payer integration. The role has a strong customer relationship component as the users of these solutions are seeking continued expertise to maximize their potential benefits.

Increasing complexity in the Treasury Management product offering and a strategic effort to increase sales penetration into the corporate market have elevated the expectations and demands on the customer onboarding (implementation) process. This requires a deeper knowledge of each product and an ability to recognize product feature/customer need mismatches. The Technical Implementation Team Manager will need to recognize these issues and ensure we respond with the appropriate remedy.

Responsibilities include: Monitor implementation deliverables and work flow to ensure adequate staffing and quality. Serve as an escalation point when unable to achieve resolution of complex obstacles to servicing and implementation. Drive staff development and appraise staff performance to ensure increasing capability and job satisfaction. Engage all members of the team in continuous process and deliverables improvement.

**Job Description**

+ Work with business partners and team members to create an environment where complex treasury management services are implemented and serviced in a customer focused, efficient, and deliberate manner.

+ Ensure team members deliver the requested servicing and Treasury Management solutions in an organized, informed, and communicative approach.

+ Complete annual appraisals, coach team members for improved performance, and drive staff development. Employ U.S Banks Leading Performance tools and process.

+ Ensure that the tools utilized by the Technical Implementation Team are maintained and accurate. This includes project documents (schedule, requirements, agenda, etc.) and supporting documents (tech specifications, user manuals).

+ Participate in process and product improvement efforts. Raise concerns that could prevent Bank and/or customer success.

+ Lead and participate in the continued development of Team Member Treasury Management, General Banking, and Project Management knowledge/skills.

+ In partnership with the team leads, team members, and analysts, drive continuous process improvement.

+ Serve as an escalation point for complex servicing, implementation and product issues.

+ Mentor and develop Technical Project Managers so they can implement increasingly challenging projects.

+ Participate in new feature and product pilots, including the development and delivery of training materials.

+ Develop strong, constructive relationships with project stakeholders and their management teams.

+ Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

+ Three to five years of Treasury Management and Healthcare revenue experience.

+ Three to five years of management experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience

+ Project management certification and experience

+ Strong analytical and problems solving skills.

+ Possess intellectual curiosity with the ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, gather required information, and formulate a solution.

+ Ability to make sound judgments and decisions.

+ Thorough understanding of the TM Product Delivery process.

+ Strong planning and organizational skills to develop and manage custom implementation plans.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines while adapting to changing conditions.

+ Ability to lead a project team in a manner that inspires confidence and trust while promoting collaborative relationships between internal and external participants.

+ Excellent computer skills, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Understanding of how our products add value and help Treasurers and/or Revenue Cycle Managers execute their responsibilities.

+ Desire to participate in the project efforts that direct, inform, and develop the Technical Implementation and Healthcare Support team.

+ Ability to discern the correct solution when working on new products without developed procedures.
